Kobe scores 20 in L.A 1st preseason win
After skipping three straight pratices last week, Kobe returned to action yesterday and helped his team winning his 1st preseason game. KB scored 16 of his 20pts in the 3rd quarter as L.A won easily over the Sonics 126-106.
Kobe seemed upbeat before the game, then played only the 1st & 3rd quarter. It was enough to hear "Kobe" chants from the crowd. He outscored the Sonics with a personal 12-2 run at a moment in the 3rd, showing that he was right to rest his legs this past days.
"The knee feels pretty good. we just need to make sure we stay on top of it. That's why I came out and iced it", he said.
Phil Jackson was pleased with the way his superstar played, as a playmaker 1st, then taking the scoring load.

Andrew Bynum had a double double with 19pts & 10rbds, and Ronny scored all of his 13pts in the 1st quarter.
